The maze of the courtyards, mosques & private chambers of the fort echo the story of the Mughal Empire.

1-Day Trip to Taj Mahal, Agra from Bangalore with Both Side Commercial Flights | May 2019 The Taj Mahal is an amazing site and a must see if you are in India. Note that this time of year is very hot, due to the fact it is India’s summertime. However it was still worth the trip. It was very well organized from the moment you get picked up at the hotel in Bangalore, then get picked up in Delhi for the drive to Agra, then your personal tour guide in Agra, and then everything done in reverse. Our Driver, tour guide and tour coordinator were lovely and so nice, I had told them it was my husband’s birthday and they did some very nice things, from getting one of the photos we got having happy birthday written on it, and they bought a cake for us at the end of our trip, so that was very thoughtful. It was a very long day starting at 3:30 AM from the hotel in Bangalore until 2:00 AM so almost a 24 hour adventure. Also the guide will take you to a couple places (rug making shop, marble shop and then a clothing shop) – while it was very cool to see the by hand techniques of the items were made, they did try to sell you stuff. Just note that. Otherwise it was an a awesome trip and really enjoyed.
